Holding the Line

An illustration for Plansponsor about how healthcare providers are "holding the line" in their employee policies. Basically, they are not making too many changes despite huge changes happening in government policy.

So I came up with the idea for a cowboy doctor holding his ground moments before a CRAZY LIFE THREATENING DUEL!!!!
