so i bought an excellent book at the library on friday - its on roman art and architecture and has numerous pictures! how lovely. and the best part was it was only $2. thats right, only TWO MEASLY DOLLARS!?!?! can you get a better deal than that, folks? I think not.
anyhow, this is inspired by pictures from that book.
Two other books i bought for cheap this weekend that I would recommend:
1) The Pushpin Graphic by Seymour Chwast
2) The Hasting Hours (small illuminated manuscript!)
